Internal projects @ Encora
Improving the user experience and accessibility of internal websites through qualitative and quantitative user research, design best practices and testing.

Professional growth in an agile, innovation-focused environment
At Encora, as a UX/UI Designer, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience of 4+ internal projects, communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the process.
During my collaboration, I polished my skills in user research, UI design, and presenting solutions to non-designers.

Charity support platform
In order to improve contribution rates for Encora's internal charity support program, I led a team of designers on a user research and design iteration, which introduced solutions to increase particpation by 22%.
Solutions included the design of a web platform dedicated to hub all the information related to the program, as well as attacking and defensive strategies for the future development and growth of the leadership team.
Job seeking platform
Encora's career site presented accessibility issues for users with visual impairments. To address this issue, a set of user interviews and usability testing was conducted with the participation of users with low vision or colorblindness. Design proposals considering accessibility guidelines and user feedback were presented.
E-learning platform
In order to improve the teachers experience on Encora's e-learning platform, a set of usability testing was conducted to detect usability issues, user pain points and weaknesses on the content architecture. Solutions to address these issues were delivered.
